Recipe: Domjullian's Chicken Pochero





Ingredients:

Chicken
Kamote
Baguio Beans
Cabbage
Saging na Saba
Pork and Beans
Tomato Paste
Onion
Garlic
Tomato
Sugar
Patis
Pepper


Procedure:

1. I-gisa ng garlic, onion and tomato then add the chicken. Stir-fry lang for 10 minutes.
2. Lagyan ng 1 cup ng water at i-simmer yung chicken para lumambot or until mag evaporate yung water.
3. Ilagay yung pork and beans and1 to 2 tbsp of tomato paste. Simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Timplahan using patis, sugar and pepper.
5. Isunod yung kamote, pag malambot na, ilagay na yung saging, baguio beans and cabbage at i-serve.
