Recipe: Creamy Macaroni Soup
Ingredients:
Macaroni Pasta
Evaporated Milk
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Chicken
Chicken Liver
Potatoes
Knorr Chicken Cubes (sponsor please)
Pepper
Water
Onion
Garlic
Butter
Fish Sauce
Procedure:
1. I-boil ang chicken and liver separately until tender. Reserve the chicken stock.
2. Himayin ang chicken into pieces tapos hiwain adin yung liver. Mag gayat ng onion and garlic. Hiwain ang potatoes into small cubes.
3. Igisa sa butter ang onion tapos isunod ang garlic. Isunod ang chicken, liver and macaroni pasta.
4. Ilagay ang chicken stock, for ½ kilo of macaroni, use around 1 litre of chicken stock. Depende yung tubig sa gusto nyong creaminess ng soup nyo, I like mine thick kaya less water nilalagay ko.
5. Ilagay ang chicken cubes and cream of mushroom. Timplahan using fish sauce and pepper.
6. I-simmer for 5-7 minutes tapos ilagay ang cubed potatoes. Simmer Hanggang maluto ang potatoes and macaroni.
7. Lastly, ilagay ang milk at i-adjust ang lasa according to taste.

@ Engel, yup. masarap yung corned beef pero mas gusto ko pag corned beef yung nabibili sa palengke.mas masarap kesa sa branded.
