Recipe: Fish Sarciado ala Dom







Ingredients:

Galunggong
Tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Water
Oil


Procedure:

1. Fry lang the galunggong until crispy tapos i-drain sa paper towel.Set aside.
2. Sa isang pan, igisa ang sibuyas, bawang at tomatoes (around 5 medium pieces). Lutuin hanggang maging mushy.
3. Lagyan ng ½ cup of water, tapos timplahan according to taste. Ang lasa ng sarciado ay maalat-alat na manamis namis.
4. Simmer for 5-10 minutes tapos palamigin.
5. I-process sa food processor or blender para ma puree.
6. I-serve with the galunggong.

@ Chingoy, di kasi ako kumakain ng sibuyas, kamatis at garlic unless hilaw. pag naluto na parang di maganda texture pag kinakain kay ni puree ko.
