Recipe: Domjullian's Beef Steak Tagalog




Ingredients:

Beef Sirloin
Lemon
Soy Sauce
Pepper
Onion
Water

Procedure:

1. I-cut yung beef into thin slices, tapa style. Pwede din ipacut na sa palengke or supermarket na pa tapa style.
2. Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 cup of soy sauce (for 1/2 kilo of beef), 1/4 cup of lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
3. Marinate the beef for atleast an hour. Slice the onion into rings
4. Pag na marinate na, i-transfer lang sa cooking pan with half of the sliced onions & 1 cup to 1 & 1/2 cup of water. Simmer lang hanggang lumambot yung beef. Check from time to time para hindi mag evaporate yung water. Add lang ng konting water pag wala ng liquid.
5. I-serve pag luto na at ilagay yung natirang onion rings sa ibabaw.
