Ang pagbabalik ng chef wannabe!
Ingredients:
White fish fillet
Oatmeal
Flour
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Oil
Procedure:
1. Lagyan lang ng salt, pepper and lemon ang fish fillet at hayaan for atleast 30 minutes.
2. I-season ang oatmeal with a little bit of salt and pepper.
3. I-prepare ang breading. Isang lalagyan for each: plain flour, beaten egg and seasoned oatmeal.
4. I-coat ang fish fillet sa flour tapos ilagay sa binati na itlog at pagkatapos sa oatmeal.
5. I-pan fry ang fish hanggang maluto ang fish o depende sa inyo kung gusto nyo na medyo toasted yung crust like what I did.
6. Ihain with your favorite sawsawan o side dish like atchara.
