Recipe: Beef with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
Beef
Oyster Sauce
Carrots
Young Corn
Mushroom
Soy Sauce
Liquid Seasoning
Kalamansi/Lemon Juice
Minced Garlic
Minced Onion
Water
Butter
Pepper
Procedure:
1. Cut the beef into thin strips then wash throughly.
2. Marinate the beef with 2 to 3 tbsp. of kalamansi/lemon juice, 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp. pepper for atleast an hour or overnight.
3. Hiwain ang veggies habang naka marinate yung beef.
4. Pagkatapos ng 1 hour, ilagay ang beef kamasa yung marinade sa isang pot at lagyan ng 2 to 3 cups of water. Alisin ang scums. Pakuluan hanggang mag evaporate ang liquid.
5. Pag nag evaporate na ang liquid, ilagay sa isang tabi ang beef. Ilagay ang butter. Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang.
6. Pag haluin ang ginisang sibuyas, bawang at beef. I-stir fry for 3 minutes.
7. Ilagay ang young corn at mushroom. I-stir fry for another 3 minutes.
8. Maglagay ng 1/2 of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp. of liquid seasoning at 3 tbsp. of water.
9. Ilagay ang carrots. Tikman at i-adjust ang lasa.
10. I-serve with rice.
