Recipe: Pan Fried King Fish with Garlic Butter Sauce



Ingredients:

King fish (Tanigue) slices
Minced garlic
Unsalted butter
Salt
Pepper
Lemon


Procedure:

1. I-marinate lang ang king fish slices sa lemon, salt and pepper for atleast 30 minutes.

2. Magbrown ng garlic sa butter. Alisin ang garlic, kasama ang butter pag brown na. Lagyan ng 1/4 tsp ng lemon at i-set aside.

3. Sa parehong pan, maglagay ng butter at i-sear ang fish hanggang maging brown ang both sides.

4. Ihain ang fish with the garlic butter sauce sa ibabaw.
