Ingredients:
Fish fillet
Kikkoman teriyaki Sauce
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Toge
Bellpepper
Sesame seeds
Onion
Sugar
Olive Oil
Procedure:
1. I-marinate ang fish fillet sa lemon, salt, pepper at 2 tbsp. of teriyaki sauce for atleast an hour.
2. Maglagay ng 1/2 tsp of olive oil sa isang non stick pan. I-sear ang fish tapos i-drain sa paper towel.
3. Sa isang mixing bowl, i-mix ang 3 tbsp of teriyaki marinade, pepper and 1/4 tsp of sugar.
3. Sa isang wok, i-stir fry ang toge, bellpepper and onion. Ilagau ang teriyaki mixture.
4. I-serve with the fish then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
