Ingredients:
For Lumpiang Shanghai:
1/2 kilo Ground Pork
Chopped Carrots
Chopped Onion
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper
Lumpia Wrapper
Oil
For Yang Chow Fried Rice:
Rice
Eggs
Carrots
Cabbage
Chopped Ham
Garlic
Salt
Butter
Procedure:
1. For lumpiang shanghai, i-mix lang ang pork, carrots, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
2. I-wrap lang yung pork mixture sa lumpia wrapper then i-deep fry sa oil till golden brown.
3. For Yang chow fried rice, beat the egg then cook it. I-cut yung scrambled egg pag malamig na.Set aside.
4. Sa isang wok, heat ang butter then igisa ang garlic, ham and carrots for 2 minutes.
5. Ilagay ang rice at lutuin for around 5 minutes. Then ilagay yung half ng scrambled egg.
6. Timplahan using salt at ilagay ang cabbage theb lutuin for another 2 minutes.
7. I-serve with the lumpia at i top yung remaining egg sa fried rice.

any version of this looks and reads delicious to me! i love lumpiang shanghai and I can't get enough of any kind of fried rice, especially yang chow. mukhang crispy ang balat ng shanghai mo.
