Recipe: Home Made Beef Tapa




Ingredients:

Beef cut into thin strips
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Garlic, minced
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Water
Oil


Procedure:

1. I-prepare ang marinade by mixing 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup minced garlic (you can add more if you want), 1 tbsp. of sugar (brown preferably), 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. of pepper and 1/4 tsp. of paprika. Mix.

2. Marinate 1/2 kg. beef strips for atleast an hour. Mas maganda kung over night.

3. Ilagay lang ang beef kasama ang marinade sa isa pan at lagyan ng 2 to 3 cups of water. I-simmer hanggang mag evaporate ang liquid.

4. Lagyan ng oil at i-prito ang beef hanggang maluto.

5. I-serve with fried rice.
