Ingredients:
Pink Salmon
White Wine
Lemon
Water
Salt
Pepper
Dill
Onion
Procedure:
1. Sa cooking pot, maglagay ng 2 cups of water, 1 cup of white wine, dill, lemon at onion. Timplahan using salt.
2. I-poach ang salmon for 5-7 minutes.
3. Lagyan ng black pepper sa ibabaw bago i-serve.
