Recipe: Fish Ball


Ingredients:

Fish (I used galunggong)
Carrots
Potatoes
Celery
Onion
Egg
Cornstarch
Salt
Oyster Sauce
Pepper


Procedure:

1. Pakuluan lang ang isda hanggang maluto. Huwag masyadong malambot para hindi madurog.
2. Palamigin tapos himayin. Kunin lang ang laman
3. Ihalo sa mga natirang ingredients. Timplahan according sa panlasa nyo.
4. Form into small balls tapos I deep fry
5. Hanguin na pag golden brown na tapos drain sa paper towel at I serve with ketchup or sweet and sour sauce.
