Recipe: Brocolli Soup (Version 2)


Another Holy Week food


Ingredients:

Brocolli
Fresh Milk
Cream
Evaporated Milk
Salt
Pepper
Butter


Procedure:

1. I-blend ang brocolli (2 cups) at fresh milk (2 cups) according sa gusto ninyong texture. I made mine smooth, ni blender ko for around 3 minutes.
2. Ilagay ang blended milk and brocolli sa isang thick pot. Ilagay ang cream (1/2 cup), evaporated milk (2 cups) at butter (2 to 3 tbsp). I-simmer sa mahinang apoy for around 5 minutes.
3. I-adjust ang lasa according sa gusto ninyong timpla using salt ang pepper.
4. Ihain kasama ng bread habang mainit pa.
