Recipe: Phad Thai




Nakabili ako sa Singapore ng Instant Phad Thai as recommended by a Singapore based Thai client. Nag invite kasi siya ng dinner and served Phad Thai. Dahil nasarapan ako, I asked for her recipe at dinaya lang pala ako dahil instant Phad Thai lang ginamit nya.

Bumili ako ng sangkatutak na Phad Thai kit (Php 87 per pack) para i-try kaya eto ang kinalabasan.


Ingredients:

Instant Phad Thai Kit (Noodles and Phad Thai flavoring ang kasama nya). For recipe click here.
Shrimp (Any meat will do, pwede din lagyan ng tofu)
Scrambled Eggs
Peanuts
Lemon
Toge
Spring Onion


Procedure:

1. Cook the phad thai noodles according to package direction and prepare the phad thai sauce.
2. Toast the peanuts tas iluto ang scrambled eggs.
3. Sa wok, maglagay ng konting oil at igisa ang shrimp (30 secs lang).
4. Ilagay ang toge at spring onion and stir for 15 secs.
5. Ilagay ang noodles, egg and the phad thai sauce.
6. Haluin maige para ma-incorporate yung sauce sa noodles.
7. Ilagay ang peanuts at i-serve with lemon. Gumamit ng chopsticks kung marunong.

looks delicious. unfortunately, i can't eat shrimp. probably try another meat though, but i'll give this recipe to my dad. =D
