Recipe: Pan Fried Pork Tenderloin ala Dom


Ingredients:

Pork Tenderloin
Soy Sauce
Lemon
Basil
Rosemary
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Butter


Procedure:

1. Combine all the ingredients except for butter and pork tenderloin.

2. Timplahin according to your desired taste. I marinate yung pork tenderloin for atleast an hour or overnight.

3. Simmer lang yung pork sa marinade until fork tender then drain in paper towel.

4. Melt ang butter sa non stick pan and pan fry the pork tenderloin.

5. Serve with plain or garlic rice.

sosyal ng recipe na to, may basil at rosemary! wala kami noon e, pwede kayang substitue ang bongavilla? :) at oo nga, kailan kami makakatikim ng mga luto mo dom..

@ FLF, kalamansi pag wala. mas gusto kasi lemon hindi ganun kaasim tsaka may ok flavor. wag ka mag alala, suki mo na ako sa FLF blog mo.Wohoooo!
