Recipe: Kangkong with Garlic and Oyster Sauce




Ingredients:

Kangkong
Garlic
Oyster Sauce
Pepper
Water
Oil
Shrimp Paste


Procedure:

1. Igisa ang garlic sa oil until mag brown, alisin ang ½ ng garlic at i-set aside for topping.
2. Sa natirang garlic, maglagay ng 2 tbsp of oyster sauce at 1 tbsp of water. Simmer of 1 minute.
3. Ilagay na ang kangkong at timplahan according to taste.
4. I-serve, lagyan ng garlic at bagoong as toppings.
