Domjullian's Recipe: Easy Bihon & Canton Guisado

Ingredients:

½ part of canton noodles
½ part of bihon noodles
Pork (belly part)
Shrimp
Carrots
Baguio beans
Cabbage
Garlic
Onion
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Fish sauce
Knorr pork cubes
Oyster Sauce
Water

Procedure:

1. Hiwain lahat ng ingredients. Set aside.
2. I-trim yung fat and skin sa pork at pakuluan hanggang lumabas yung oil at maging chicharon. I-drain sa paper towel. Kung health conscious, skip this.
3. I-discard yung excess oil sa wok tapos igisa ang sibuyas at bawang.
4. Ilagay ang pork at I stir-fry for 5 minutes.
5. Lagyan ng pork cube, soy sauce (1/2 cup), oyster sauce (1/4 cup) at water (3 to 4 cups). Depende sa daming ng noodles na iluluto nyo.
6. I-simmer for 5 minutes tapos ilagay ang noodles. Haluin paminsan, i-simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Ilagay ang carrots, baguio beans, shrimp, chicharon at cabbage.
8. I-adjust ang timpla using pepper and fish sauce.
9. I-serve with chicharon on top.

Happy eating!
