Recipe: Domjullian's Laing


Ingredients:

Gabi leaves, shredded
Gabi
Pork
Pork fat
Onion
Garlic
Coconut cream (2 cups)
Coconut milk (4 cups)
Fish Sauce
Pepper
Dilis

Procedure:

1. Pag mantikain ang pork fat tapos pag nagmantika na, igisa ang onion, garlic and pork.
2. Ilagay ang coconut milk tapos ilagay ang gabi leaves at pakuluan hanggang maluto.
3. Ilagay ang gabi. Lutuin for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Pag medyo malambot na yung gabi, ilagay yung dilis at i-adjust yung taste using fish sauce and pepper.
5. I-serve with rice.

Wag daw hahaluin pagniluluto to. Nung first time kong niluto yan ang alat pinagalitan pa ako ni erpat.

@ Ahmer, nde ko alam. syempre yung luto mo depende sa timpla mo, wala naman kinalaman yung paghalo at hindi. baka adik ka sa pampaalat kaya ganun
