Recipe: Domjullian's Beef Salpicao

Ingredients:

Beef tenderloin
1 - 1 ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ - ½ tsp Paprika
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 – 1 ½ tbsp Butter
Sugar
Olive oil for frying

Procedure:

Marinate beef, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and olive oil for atleast 1 hour. I marinated mine for 24 hours para mas flavorful.
Fry the beef.
After fying, discard excess oil and leave about 1 tbsp. Bring back the beef.
Put in the oyster sauce and a little water and reduce the liquid to ¼.
Adjust the taste by adding in sugar (if it is salty) and pepper.
Turn off the heat and put in the butter

Pwede nyo din lagyan ng fried mince garlic for more flavor. Mas masarap cya ulit the day after. Laging ganun niluluto ko, mas nasasarapan ako the day after.

Happy Eating!
