Recipe: Bicol Expresssssssssssss



Ingredients:

Pork belly
Ready made (bottled) Shrimp Paste
Thick coconut milk
Thin coconut milk
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Lots of siling labuyo
Pepper
Oil


Procedure:

1. Igisa ang sibuyas, bawang at ginger (konti lang).
2. Sunod na ilagay ang pork at i-stirfry for 5 minutes or until mag brown ng konti.
3. Lagyan ng 1 to 1 & ½ tbsp of shrimp paste. Stir fry ulit for 2 minutes.
4. Lagyan ng 1 to 2 cups ng thin coconut milk para lumambot ang pork. Simmer for around 10-15 minutes or hanggang malambot na si porky at nag evaporate na ang coconut milk.
5. Lagyan ng ½ cup of thick coconut milk at timplahan using pepper.
6. Simmer hanggang maging thick na yung consistency ng liquid at ilagay ang super daming sili.
