Recipe: Pork Asado



Ingredients:

Pork Tenderloin
Oyster Sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Cornstarch
Pepper
Star Anise
Oil
Water



Procedure:

1. Slice lang yung tenderloin into serving pieces.
2. Sa isang pan, i-mix ang ½ cup of soy sauce, ¼ cup of oyster sauce, 2-3 pieces of star anise, 1 tbsp pepper and 1 cup of water. Simmer lang yung porkloin until tender or ma reduce yung liquid into ½ cup.
3. Salain yung pinagpakuluan ng pork at i-reserve.
4. Drain yung tenderloin and then i-fry until mag brown yung side. I-drain sa paper towel.
5. Sa sauce pan, ilagay yung 1 cup ng pinagpakuluan ng pork, 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce and bring to boil.
6. Timplahan according to taste using sugar and pepper. Manamis namis na maalat alat dapat ang lasa. Tapos i-thicken using cornstarch.
7. Ilagay yung porkloin or i-serve separately with the sauce.

tsk, masarap ito.kaso bawal na sa akin ang pork.

try ko siguro sa tokwa o sa white meat fish like cream dory o loro (parrot fish)
