Recipe: Corned Tuna Fried Rice




Ingredients:

San Marino Corned Tuna
Left over rice
Mixed vegetables
Minced Garlic
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Butter


Procedure:

1. I-scramble ang eggs at hiwain into small pieces.

2. Sa isang wok, maglagay ng butter at mag brown ng garlic.

3. Isunod ang mixed vegetables at i-stir fry for 3 minutes.

4. Ilagay ang left over rice at haluin mabuti hanggang mag hiwa hiwalay ang rice.

5. Ilagay ang corned tuna at haluin para ma incorporate yung lasa ng corned tuna sa rice.

6. Ilagay ang scrambled eggs at timplahan gamit ang salt and pepper. Ihain with your favorite ulam.
