Recipe: Laing version 2




Ingredients:

Taro leaves
Gabi
Coconut milk
Coconut cream
Dilis
Shrimp
Onion
Garlic
Sili
Pepper
Bagoong
Patis
Oil


Procedure:

1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa oil. Ilagay ang 1/2 cup of bagoong at 2 cups of coconut milk.I-simmer for 2 minutes.
2. Ilagay ang taro leaves at i-simmer hanggang makuha ang nais na lambot o consistency ng laing na gusto ninyo. Gusto ko kasi yung parang durog na durog yung leaves kaya matagal kong pinakuluan yung laing ko.
3. Ilagay ang 1 cup ng coconut cream, gabi, dilis, sili at shrimp. Pwedeng bawasan yung coconut cream kung ayaw nyo ng may sabaw na laing.
4. Timplahan using patis and pepper. At i-simmer for another 3 minutes.
5. Ihain ng mainit.
