Recipe: Oat Crusted Pan Fried Chicken Breast Fillet
Chicken breast fillet
1. I-marinate ang chicken sa 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper for atleast 30 minutes.
2. I-prepare ang breading hanggang minamarinate ang chicken. Mix lang ang 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of crushed oatmeal, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. I-coat ang chicken sa breading at i-deep fry sa oil.
4. I-serve with garlic rice or plain rice with gravy.
