Recipe: Domjullian's Classic Spaghetti with a Twist
Delmonte Spaghetti Sauce (Advertising!)
All purpose cream/milk
1. Cook ang pasta according to package direction. Instead of oil, I used butter para hindi mag dikit dikit yung pasta.
2. Sa sauce pan, igisa anf onion, garlic and the ground beef.
3. Lagyan ng 1 to 2 tbsp of soysauce at 1 cup ng water. Simmer till maluto yung ground beef.
4. Ilagay yung delmonte spaghetti sauce. I used the big one for 1 kg pasta.
5. Lagyan ng ½ bottle ng ketchup at 1 cup ng grated cheese. Yung cheese na ginamit ko ay mozzarella cheese. Ordinary cheddar cheese will do.
6. Ilagay ang carrots, hotdog and bellpepper. Pwedeng hindi lagyan ng carrots and bellpepper kung ayaw nyo.
7. Timplahin according to desired taste. I did mine sweet since mga pamangkin ko ang kakain.
8. Turn-off the heat at lagyang ng ½ to 1 cup of all purpose cream or milk. Kailangan naka turn off na yung heat otherwise mag cu-curdle yung cream or milk.
9. I-serve with cheese on top and garlic bread.
