Recipe: Domjullian's Tofu and Brocolli with Black Beans




Ingredients:


Tofu
Black beans
Brocolli
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Onion
Garlic
Black pepper
Sugar
Sesame Oil

Procedure:

1. Hiwain into bite size pieces ang tofu at i-deep fry till golden brown. I-drain sa paper towel.
2. Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang sa pan. Lagyan ng ½ of oyster sauce and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
3. Timplahan using pepper and sugar.
4. Ilagay yung tofu at isunod si broccoli.
5. Patakan ng konti sesame oil at i-serve.

@ Engel, ok lang yan, when I was your age unhealthy din kinakain ko, recently lang ako kumakain ng medyo healthy food.

@ Antero, ako din fave ko sila

ang broccoli at tofu ay ilan sa mga pagkaing kilalang magaling pagpautot.
